Hi, I’m Brittany,

Chief People & Culture Advisor

I founded BeKindWorks to help empower people, develop leaders and create incredible team cultures in the workplace.

Prior to BeKindWorks, I progressively grew my experience as a People Business Partner in corporate America for 10+ years, gaining expertise in workplace culture and leadership development. I had incredible opportunities to work in a variety of industries, with dynamic leaders and teams at all stages. I am passionate about building successful teams that thrive!

I approach the world with curiosity, dedicated effort and compassion for others. This is in large part credited to coming from a very large extended family, growing up with a father who was an entrepreneur, having the opportunity to study abroad in Europe and living across the United States through my career opportunities.

I am a lifelong learner. I graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management in 2011, have maintained my SHRM-SCP since 2015 and am a Certified Facilitator for Core Strengths, Results through Relationships. I am proud member of the executive committee for DisruptHR NYC, lead the squad program for Ready. Set. Pivot & actively involved with TroopHR. To maintain mental & physical fitness I’m an avid reader, love walks with my dog and regularly practice mindfulness meditation & yoga.
